Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is like a real French chateau in Georgia. The rooms are beautiful and immaculate, but the dining can be expensive. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, offering multi-sensory treatments. The location is perfect for special events or a relaxing time close to home.
The rooms at this hotel were a bit cramped but managed to serve their purpose. The rich wood accents and elegant lighting added a touch of warmth. However, the lack of music, ambiance, and cucumber water with no refills were noticeable downsides.
My stay at Country Inn and Suites was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, although not smelling so great and needing some upgrades, were eventually attended to after a couple of requests. The housekeeping staff, unfortunately, compromised room security by leaving the sliding glass doors unlocked daily. The poor sleep quality due to unexpected alarms and lack of proactive accommodation during a resort mishap were drawbacks.
